Good customer service. Multiple ways to pay is convenient. Unit was clean and ready to go. A little more expensive than some.

For decades I have had multiple units here. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m on auto pay, so thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s rarely a reason for me to hear from the office, but any changes or concerns are handled efficiently and kindly by Sandi, who manages the facility. Sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s always helpful and has baled me out of my old age confusion on many occasions! I feel safe and secure at U-Lock, and I feel as though the organization has my interests at heart.

We enjoy going in and talking to Sandi in the office, always so helpful the place is always clean very well taken care of!!!
