Moved from a different storage facility that kept increasing my cost. I received a larger unit for half the cost. I am very pleased with the process. I was also able to use a CubeSmart truck for a small fee. SpareFoot reservation process was very smooth.

Super easy move in with very friendly staff, the facility is very clean and feels safe both for my stuff in storage and for myself when I am at my unit. The only little issue I had was I wasn't informed beforehand that I would need to bring proof of insurance for my possessions being stored at the facility or pay for their insurance, but a call to my insurance company and an email from them solved that issue. just took some extra time. You have to go to the other location (about 8 minutes away) to pick up the truck if you need it to move in, cost $10 plus gas to use but well worth it and it is easy to drive.

I rented a 10 x 25 at this location and Jen was extremely helpful when it came to explaining the size unit she recommended for me. Jen and Pam are very wonderful people, I even enjoy stopping in the office just to say hello every time I go there to drop off more items. Thanks gals !!!!

Everything is great besides the elevator. Youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d think the elevator would stay open longer than 2 seconds in order to move bulky stuff in and out. Also none of the doors can be held open. Those two things make ingress and egress WAY more difficult than it needs to be

This past weekend I moved in the rain and snow on Saturday. I was VERY stressed out when my friends and I came to the CubeSmart in Schaumburg. Jennifer (the manager) was AMAZING! She seen how much I was stressed and helped me out a lot! It was nice to have this type of customer service, especially after a LONG day of bad weather moving! Thank you SO much Jennifer!erkka

The sliding gate to enter could use a little grease.
