Clear process. They accepting Home owners insurance and you don't need to print it out you can just send them it on email. Admin fees are only one time. Move in truck is for $10.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Sue at this Streamwood facility. There was no pressure and no run around about my questions. She answered every single question I had. Since we are dealing with pandemic right now, she explained to me their new process and why. Thank you Sue!

Manager is awesome! I'm from Alabama and don't know the area well at all. He waited an hour after they closed so I could get my unit. He was super nice when I got there.

After all of the fees were said and done it was higher than I expected but the first month for free deal helped with that.

The sales rep who helped me was awesome. He answered all my questions and made sure the unit was all clean and made the process so simple. I was about to sign with public storage down the street and has such horrible experience with their customer service that I walked out of their office without signing earlier that day. I found cube smart online, called and signed with you that day. No hassle, no gimmicks, and no dishonesty which is so important to me when I'm storing my belongings with a company. Quick and easy

Unit had (minimal) water on floor - overhead door latch was rusty/jammed. On-site manager was helpful.

Over 20 years as a customer. My cost that cannot be redcued per Property Manager. Advertised cost of unit $58.45. Would rather I move out as opposed to giving me a comparable rate. This is garbage! No loyalty at all!!

Place was well maintained and had good security.

I will recommend this to U-STORE-IT and to many since the customer service from Mark Jones and Sharon Bachewicz was great
