Public Storage - Elk Grove Village - 2901 Touhy Ave

The staff is very helpful about helping out to lactate the storage location and logistics of moving in regardless of me last minute arriving before close time on New Yearﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s Eve. The location is also perfect - 15 minutes away from the airport if thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a concern.

This storage space is convenient and perfect for my needs. Tracy is extremely helpful. She is patient, taking time to answer all questions and makes sure you understand how everything works.

Just fine . One thing. You should have a dolly or some kinda of cart to use . or rent ( at low $$)

Jennifer was so helpful. I went in looking for a storage unit that was big enough to fit my beautiful furniture until I made my transition into my new house and she made this process painless and easy. Wow this actually the first public storage were the property manager knew what she was saying and doing. The day i moved my stuff to public storage my car died inside the gate jennifer the manager came help me jump my car. I would recommend public storage to public.. good people!!

I have been a customer with Public Storage for two years now and I have worked with Jennifer she provides exceptional customer service she always goes over and above no matter what it is just to satisfy the customer and she should be recognized for that. Exceptional customer service again over and above in everything that she does no matter what it is just to please the customer . Public Storage should be thankful that they have an employee that always goes above and beyond. There are very few people in this world that take pride in their position. So I hope the Public Storage honors that and Jennifer.

Great staff Clean

The service person was the best I ever had. She was very helpful and informative and I felt was inclined to give me the best possible deal. Also on a following visit, when having a little problem with my locker, she came out and helped me physically. I am highly impressed by her attitude towards her job.
