Love the space. Clean with east access to unit love it

A little hard for me to find. Because I was no feeling well.

Place is close to home and very easy to get in and out and great staff.

Though having to close my business was sad....the staff at my local public storage were so kind and helpful it gave me hope again!

The facility is very clean and the young lady who helped me was very patient and explained everything very carefully. I would definitely do business with Leandra again.

Anthony was very personable and nice. although I am not renting this month he helped me understand what sized unit I will need once I start my move. I for sure will be using this storage site for when i'm ready.

I stopped in for some moving supplies and to ask about a small space. Christian the manager was very knowledgeable and professional, I was able to get all the supplies I need plus he showed me a few extra items that I didn't even think of! Wonderful customer service! I highly recommend Public Storage to all who need supplies or a space!

The only reason this is a 5 star review is because of one employee her name is Katlin. Had it not been for her this would be 0 stars. I've filed bankruptcy and presented public storage with the court order which the corporate office refused to immediately comply with pursuant to US code. The allmighty legal department decided to wait to comply with the order until it was convenient for them. I waited SEVERAL DAYS for this legal department to "approve" a FEDERAL JUDGE'S ORDER I was livid and furious. The saving grace here is Katlin she is truly a compassionate kind person who truly cares about her customers. I didn't feel like a customer at her location I felt like a friend. I will miss getting the chance to chat with Katlin and seeing her around the property.

I stopped by the Roselle IL location ( property # 26824) to figure out a good size unit for my furniture that i would like to store. I met the most professional, sensible, positive, and warming Manager by the name of Princess G. She was very knowledgeable about her store had a answer for everyone of my questions without hesitant, offered great products to protect my furniture which were at great prices. I definitely recommend stopping by this location so your experience can be as awesome as mine. sincerely I. A.

the staff at the public storage is wonderful, they take you through all the steps including getting insurance for it. which gives you some peace of mind about your stuff and the replacement value. The unit is exactly what is advertised I was glad to see that it went up vertical more than 5 feet also. but online it said that I could get it for 30$ and then when I got there you got it for 45$. now it said online special but you don't buy a storage facility online and then go see it, it's the other way around. there is no pictures of the spaces online only dimensions. but overall the place is nice well cared for and the people that run the site are great.

The main reason my experience has been so good is the person who processed my order and got me checked in. He was very hands on and made sure everything was in order.

I had a very simple and easy move into my storage unit. The facility was neat and clean, and met all of my expectation, as a returning customer.

I was greeted by Ashley who told me about available units. She knew the details and walked me over to see the specific units. I selected one and she wrote the contract. Job well done Ashley.
