Public Storage - Schaumburg - 1200 W Irving Park Rd

This place is very clean. Customer service is great. The only problem is have is it's hard to reach anyone if you have questions or a problem.

The walls of the storage unit need to be cleaned.

I had never used Public Storage before. They were always priced high. However my movers suggested this location, and I took a chance. Mary the property manager really did a great job following up my online order, and even went out of her way to make sure I would benefit from a soon ending promotion. The facility is really easy to get to right near the new highway, and the entrance and exit are great as you avoid any local traffic. Mary is very good at assessing what you need, and in my case went as far as dropping by my unit during the move to ensure me that my movers utilization of the space was good. I highly recommend this facility.

Dan was really great during my move out. Very friendly and very quick I did have some water damage in my unit but not his fault. Have filed an insurance claim. No real issues. Was there 2 yrs.

Staff met our request for a 10 X 15 storage area with temperature controlled environment after we rejected a unit that had the oder of smoking about it. Very pleased with the attitude of the staff and their frequent checks as to our satisfaction with the unit.

Mary at your 1200 Irving Park Rd. Schaumburg location is one of the most helpful knowledgable customer service representatives I have ever encountered at any company. This was my first rental of a storage locker and I was full of questions and she was full of answers. Quality respectful answers. Sherise the first person I worked with upon renting was excellent and she recommended and sold me supplies that were very helpful on my move. Great experience at Public Storage and I highly recommend them.
