The unit is in good condition, everything work , as indicated. Customer service , professional, good kindness people. I really appreciate the service, all my needs were meet at prompt, response. The facilities have a terminal , first time I use, I just follow the easy instructions and I can talk with s virtual person on camera is very nice, and I feel I accomplished allI need to do. Thanks

I was very pleased with Public Storage. Customer service rep Arianne she was extremely helpful and patient while explaining my options. My husband and I have rented lockers from this facility over many years.We were very pleased with the service!!

every one is great , the unites are in bad shape , they need immediate repair ,they are rusty . the rodents can get in thru the holes in the bottom of the units .

The whole process was quick and easy. Everything was explained to me and they were able to answer any questions I had. Price was good compared to other storage locations in the area which was a huge factor for us.

My husband and I were looking for a place to put our things as we were downsizing from our home. We called a few different places, but we weren't getting good vibes. On our way home we passed by a public storage on Algonquin Rd near this Pizza factory, so we decided to stop in. There we were greeted by Maria and Renee, to our surprise they were so nice and patient with us! They explained all of their policies and recommended a unit that was a little less expensive than the one my husband thought we needed. A few days later we moved our things in and they were right! All of our things fit and we were able to save some money! Talk about customer service!! I definitely recommend this location to anyone with storage needs!! Thank you Maria and Renee!!

Needed to find a storage unit that was acceptable to me. I found a unit online received a call back from Maria immediately. We set up an appointment for me to check out the unit and it great. Maria was fantastic with getting me set up and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this location.

The office manager was nice and customer oriented, but the actual shed was/is a little below par. Just wasn't cleaned out well (still had dust/cob webs, and rusted beams inside. I've used Public Storage quite a handful times in the past and this location seems to be the least upkept. I realize its an outdoor shed, but could have a bit of improvement.

I am renting a storage unit because I sold my house and need a place to keep some things. I found that if you do your research and look at pricing online you can get a great deal. The trick is to reserve online otherwise that price may go up $50 within a few days. Also make sure if you have a lock, bring it in to the counter with you and show the clerk. I didn't realize that I was going to be paying for a lock until the person on duty had opened the package and billed me $20 for a lock. Not once did they ask if I had my own, or mention cost. They kind of slid it in probably trying to make more of a commission by not saying anything.

Easy to iniate contract and get car storage in person, would be improved if car storage availablity and rates were online.

It would be nice if a multiple storage discount was available
