Friendly staff who are willing to help answer any questions and concerns. Fair pricing. Cannot access storage 24 hours a day but at least theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re open everyday, all year round!

I really liked the property manager. He was very helpful, polite and knew his stuff. I told him what I needed a room for and he showed me the options and then have me a tour of the place. Registration was easy because I had already preregistered on the web. A very positive experience. He was also a fellow Batman fan.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and I have to say I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of Alex, the property manager on duty when I arrived. I in fact arrived well ahead of my scheduled appointment time and Alex was very attentive in dealing with me when he had other customers there at the same time. All in all it's been a very good experience so far (~2 months) and I'd certainly recommend the facility. I should note as have others that you will be *required* to either purchase or provide proof of insurance in order to rent the unit. The insurance is certainly not expensive but I do consider this a hidden cost that Public Storage, or any other storage rental companies, 'hide' in my opinion deep in the website - certainly not enough of an issue to cost them a star and *not* the individual facility's fault but you should be aware. I see someone criticized the $1 first month's rent - I had no issues with this and it was exactly as promised, nothing shady going on there at all. All good - 5 stars and I am very pleased.
