The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful in choosing a unit. I appreciate the elevator and carts for moving stuff inside to the second floor as well.

Great staff, easy move in process online and at the location.

The manager DJ is awesome along with everyone else I have met there. My only concern is when it snows it appears to build up by the door I enter and almost fell because it was not shoveled. This is the Chicagoland area though.

I have never had a problem with any of employees. The units I have rented have all been inside the building and on the 2nd floor -pest free and haven't had any other issues with water either. Have been renting 4 years now, quite pleased with property and property managers, especially DJ.

Very friendly staff. I was a bit stressed about the high pressure sales pitch while checking in. Since that time, every thing has been a great experience. Would recommend to friends and family.

Front desk people are very nice. So many signatures for such a small transaction. High pressure to have you purchase insurance like a car rental. Inside is clean. Biggest gripe is that cart is only available during business hours. Very inconvenient. I can only go when I am not working and my unit is far from the staircase. Only need unit for short time or I would switch.

This facility did not have the size unit I  needed, but Leslee took the time to guide me to another facility that did. And Debbie at facility 29125 was able to rent me a unit. Both Leslee and Debbie were so very helpful in providing me with a storage unit to fit my needs. I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone with a need for storage space. Both facilities are kept very clean. Thank you Leslee and Debbie!.

Leslee has been a great help to us in starting using this facility. The unit is clean and has been easy for us to start filling. We have a second floor unit, but access is quick and easy with use of the large elevator, also it is very close to our home .

Friendly service, responded very quickly to my online order. Everything was set up and ready to go by the time I came in. L. was polite and courteous, she helped make sure I had everything I needed for moving my stuff in.
