Public Storage - Morton Grove - 8625 Waukegan Road

We had a great experience moving our stuff into this facility. It's clean and well-maintained. The staff member was helpful and kind, and the discount went through smoothly. The pricing was transparent and there were no hidden fees, just the discounted unit price, the one-time admin fee, and optional insurance add-on. We did also end up buying their lock since we forgot ours at home.

Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve renting this unit for more than a year . The rent continues to be increased . Under $400.00 to start and now itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s over 600.00 ? When I talked to the site manager she said we have a large demand for our size unit ? I guess they want me move out by over charging??

Wish dolly's were more available had to search to see where they were

He was easy to reserve a parking spot online. The front desk person was very helpful and showed me the available parking spots in person so I could select one.

Sue and staff were up front on the cost Of the unit , and everything that was included. Best managed storage facility that we found in the area.

Evelyn had my reservation details all ready for me to sign. She even helped me download app for Public Storage and explained all policies and insurance policies. The locker was clean and very accessible.All in all, Evelyn was super helpful and efficient.

After reviewing other options in the area for storage, Public Storage had the best online deal for the space I needed. All fees were explained to me beforehand. Some of the specific totals could not be calculated until we actually went through the purchase process, but I understood what each item was, including expectations for when charges would come up over time if I utilize the storage space over multiple months. Xhavier, The staff when I arrived to look over the space was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

So far I am happy where I have my trailer stored. I hope and pray that nothing will be stolen or no damage will be done to it. I would be very unhappy if that happens. I worked with Nick this morning while renting a storage unit. He was super helpful in getting me the right size to fit my needs. The price was very reasonable as well. A quick note, they do require that you buy the renter's insurance, so the quoted price will be lower than the amount you actually pay per month. But honestly, I should have expected that. The facility is large and well maintained. The front office, clean and organized. I feel good about our choice to use Public Storage.

Original intake person was great. Later contact was just so-so. If i mail a check, that's all I have to do; but if I save on the money for the stamp, the office personnel make me provide ID and fill out some form etc. That doesn't make sense.

After dealing with the wonderful staff on my storage rental, i found the 10x10 outside storage clean and ready to go. The staff at the Morton Grove Store are ready to answer all questions and assist you any way they can.

I have to say this was a VERY easy experience for me, but most of all MOLLY at the Morton Grove Il store #27006, was extremely wonderful to work with and made the process smooth, easy, and without concern. She explained every detail and even stayed late to accommodate my first visit. Also, when the time came to purchase the unit Molly had all the paperwork done and lock on the storage unit, the whole process only took 10 minutes, signed a few papers and was handed my keys and I was on my way, it could not have been easier. She is really professional and is the epitome of a customer service rep and how you should model all your employees. I would most definitely use Public Storage again! You have a great employee in Molly, keep her happy and give her a BIG raise!

The girls that manage and operate the Morton Grove facility run a very tight ship. Demanding work to contend with a diverse customer base..

The overhead door was bad when I moved in. The clerk had a hard time opening it. By the time I went to move the last few items out, I couldn't even get it opened and it was raining. I waited until II saw a man who could help me. Two guys finally managed to get it opened. One good thing, is with all the rains we had, the unit did stay fairly dry and nothing got ruined.
