We are so impressed with the service at Public Storage on McCormick in Skokie. Our storage business involved phone and in-person exchanges on various days with either Steve or Dave. We hadn't even anticipated the possibilities that Steve noted. He recommended the best situation for us. His follow-up and thoroughness were amazing. Dave likewise went through details with excellent communication and quick follow-up. Rarely do we encounter such sincere courtesy and interest in customer satisfaction. I truly believe the service that Steve and David provide is an outstanding example for all companies to follow to have happy customers.

My experience at the location was very pleasurable!! The property manager Rondo was a very kind and helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable and respectful even having an interesting conversation with me as I waited for my boyfriend to arrive. He is a very good salesman by the way and convinced my boyfriend to rent a unit and we were assured that our belongings would be safe. We were also offered insurance and a lock for our belongings that Rondo highly recommended to us just in case which in turn made me very secure in the safety of my things !! I have since then recommended this location to a few friends. I appreciate good service so thanks again and great job Rondo.

The people at this location are very helpful. The gentleman, Rondo, was very conscientious in coordinating a time for door repair. He was also very courteous and understanding. The lady, Danelly (sp.?) was quick to attend to matters - very efficient!

We have had nothing but a great experience at this location. We've had a large unit since January 2017 and just signed up for another unit. Rondo has been extremely helpful and personable. He answered all of our questions and was very efficient. You can tell he wanted to make this as easy for us as possible.

I've had bad experiences with public storage in the past, however at this location, I found a GREAT unit at an affordable rate. The property manager, Rondo, was very professional and a pleasure to conduct business with. He was very knowledgeable about the facility and gave me great advice on how to arrange my belongings to fit in the unit. I normally do not write reviews unless I've had a negative experience, however I felt compelled to make sure everyone considering Public Storage knows they are in good hands with the property manager. I highly recommend choosing this location, you won't regret it!
