Very bad Customer service CSR did not know the area and gave me wrong information about the location of the place when I asked him If there were 2 different locatios on the same road, he told me only one, so when we left tat facility we drove down the road looking and found the correct location ourselves.

I was pleasantly surprised to find we had a storage unit within about an hour of first starting to look. Well done.

So friendly and helpful not a bad part of town

Advertised as well lit. The light fixtures are there on all the poles- but when I went to drop my boat off in the middle of the night after fishing, the entire parking lot was pitch black, making it difficult to get my boat cover set up and tied down appropriately.

It was a little more than I was expecting to spend, but it is well worth it, best storage and moving experience Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had to endure.

They never told me I had to send the paper work by email. I was told to show the reservation in the office and this facility does not have office and I wasted 1h over the phone trying to get the process finish it up

i was given the wrong combo to the divinci long on a 10-10 unit the next morning i upgraded to a much larger unit and was given the wrong combo to the lick once again. except thw second tims no one available to help me from 10 federal storage.
