Facility seems secure enough, although I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t actually see any cameras, just a lot of wires hanging from different mounts. Parking spot surface is rough but it will do. Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the price and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to get a hold of someone by phone and they are very friendly.

I was confused at first with no staff there but I see in this new technological era weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re in how easy and convenient it really is. The space I got is affordable, just the right amount of space I needed and easily accessible at any time. When I needed an assist to figure out the ins n outs I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to wait long for someone to answer and help me out. Over all so far good stuff

The Main Access Gate is broken and I called for help but just got a voicemail but I do understand by it being a major holiday but I needed immediate help. But thankfully another customer alerted me, that the gate was broken and directed me to use the gate furthest down which I did. So I did find my storage unit and moved in. I'm very impressed with how the storage units are well kept and I had no trouble with unlocking my unit. I'm just a little frustrated that the company never indicated the gate wasn't working and to use the other one. Thank you.

I have a large storage unit already and I called to get another one. First issue is they couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t help me connect my 2 accounts. Second issue is I pay 95 for my storage unit that is huge and got a 10 by 10 as my second one and pay more for the smaller one. Not happy about that. I also called the customer service number and the lady could not help me get my paperwork filled out when I explained to her that I was confused.

I just rented my storage unit and was very easy to obtain it on- line. Pricing was cheaper than other places i looked at and had no problems getting into security gate. The unit was clean as are the grounds outside, convenient location and seems very secure.

I Would recommend this place to everyone there courteous clean and very understanding they also give you a phone number if you have any questions or any trouble you can just call the place is open 24 hours a day and it has a security code so you know your stuff is secure

I had trouble with the online process -- in fact, my reservation got canceled -- but when I called and talked to the account manager, he was extremely helpful and pleasant and made the process a lot easier than if I'd continued to struggle with the website.

Was given number of a unit, but, a key lock versus combination. Next unit, combo unit. Locked work, left to get truck and pd help. Open unit, full of items. Office closed. Had to pay $100 for work. Office reopens at noon. Called, hot assigned different unit, key lock versus combination. Walked approximately 300 units looking for one that had combination lock and wasn't already rented or had multiple locks or was damaged. Had to rent truck an extra day, plus gas etc. Roadways in between buildings very potholed in poor condition. Exterior gate doesn't open on approach, have to text to have gate open. Was promised credits for expenses. Will see.
