Evelyn was such a nice person we really needed help with our lock, and she came up to us and helped. Nice Facility and nice people glad we chose Orland Park for our things.

Mila was super helpful in showing us our unit and completing the paperwork. Price per month was lowest in the area

when I came in to get my storage space I thought I was getting a space inside but after going over my paperwork the lady notice I had in fact had outside space and was nice enough to let me know and what the different was. I was very grateful for all her help.

Signing up was a quick, easy process, and we were led right to our unit where everything about the unit was explained and even demonstrated. We were able to move stuff in minutes later without a hitch. Great experience!

Great place great customer service.

Can't remember the young lady's name (younger, black hair) but she was very sweet and helpful. Points for taking an interest in my move from Kansas City. All around great customer service. Could've gone to Public Storage but they were not great with service and didn't even show up to our appointment time. Will absolutely recommended this place.

I liked the loading area's proximity to the building's elevator access. It makes unloading a breeze especially on a cold rainy fall day. It seems to be a secure facility. I was delighted with the quick check-in and the cleanliness.

I love this place, Dan is such a great guy went above and beyond to help us with our needs. The place is clean and the location makes you feel secure. The price on our unit was the best we found, a great value. If your looking for a great experiance and excelent customer service this is the place.

This was an easy storage facility to do business with, Dan was very accommodating and helpful. It is clean and we liked the climate control storage feature and has easy access to get in and out.

Reasonably prices, easy access, temp. controlled, and easy to get started. I'm a happy customer.

As most of the storage facilities I have either used of visited, this is one of the nicer ones. The staff are friendly and the units are kept clean.
