The front desk person was very nice helpful very clean facility. The price was actually the best around . Very pleased on the customer service Rochelle gave very helpful .

My unit was nice and clean. Rochelle was the Manager that assisted with my move in. The only issue to me, is they need to replace the bottom seal on the doors. They're all dryrot.

Rochelle (front desk) is great. Wonderful disposition and super helpful. I would absolutely recommend this facility for any temporary or long-term storage needs.

The site manager (Chris) did a great job. He was courteous and explained the process clearly and succicntly. Good communication skills. The place was clean, well lit, the store well organized. I was not expecting this from a storage place.

The lady that works at the So. Chgo. Heights facility could not have been more helpful. I have never rented a storage facility before and was in good hands with her assistance.

The young lady that helped me was very friendly, and explained the process professionally. Overall experience was good. The facility is clean, but the only problem I had was the motion sensing lights in the building would not come on, making it really hard to see. When that is fixed It's a 5 star facility!! I was in the climate controlled B section.
