I had to pay an additional fee to the moving company to store my belongings overnight due to my unit being locked without my knowledge. I understand the policy of having to lock the units overnight however, this was never mentioned to me nor is it listed in my contract. If I were made aware I needed to provide a lock that day I would've done so. I called customer service and they were unable to locate where it states in my contract the unit will be locked by the facility if a lock is not placed the day of move in. I called the manager at this location Thomas Menard and received a voicemail...After moving my belongings out of the storage unit I was able to speak with Tom in person. He understood my frustration and waived my final bill due to the miscommunication. I appreciated the customer service provided by him and his staff!!

Ebony here was really nice knowledgeable friendly and funny we talked about family kid's life all while doing the Rental process. I was having a bad day and she really brighten up my day just with her encouraging words thank you ebony for making my day better. ebony here was very friendly and I love her personality she is such a people person you don't get great customer service now a days but you will here at Public Storage. Ebony I really hope you get your Sundays off you are Beyond a blessing and helpful keep praying for them Sundays girl.
