Overall, well run and friendly. Since moving in, I have had several visits to my unit. Driveways can use a good cleaning. I recently went through a bolt in my tire, no flat. Noticed while receiving maintenance on my car. This last Friday, I noticed how many screws and metal debris on pavement. I am unsure if I received item in my tire there or on public roads. Just a FYI.

I have a unit at another location, but stopped in this location to make my payment. When I entered I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm hello by the Manager Michelle. She made the process quick and easy and I was on my way! I recommend this location for the excellent customer service.

I went to get a storage and I really did have time to play around. the managers at this site was great and sufficient. Karen and deon was helpful and was willing to work with my needs.

Very secure and clean.. Never have a problem getting close to my unit to store things. The entire area is clean not just the storage units...friendly and knowledgeable employees. Very helpful...did not attempt to upgrade me to a bigger unit which I did not need..

My experience was Absolutely wonderful with the Schererville Indiana location. The guy Patrick was very Professional Clear and Welcoming. I loved his leadership tone, he even got me to laugh despite the not so happy situation I was in.... Thank You Kindly Public Storage for taking care of me and making me smile on that Not So Good Day.. Keep up the Great Work Patrick....

Only prblm I experience so far is the aftr 5 visits, not enough lightening & other customers r not making sure tha the gate is closed aftr exiting. .
