The security gate is still open. They keep saying that they're waiting on a part. Also I rented a 10'-15' locker. It measures 10 - 14. That's not right!!!

With the exception of moving in day, when the weather was below zero and horribly windy the experience has been positive . . . Your representative Brenda, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and friendly. She handled everything in a professional manner yet still managed to treat me as an individual. My reason for need of storage is a sad one . . . my son passed away and until I can bring myself to go through his belongings we require a place near home to keep his things safe. You have an excellent employee who is committed to making things as easy as possible for clients.
