Public Storage - Orland Park - 15359 S Harlem Ave

The hours for access are ridiculous and need to be extended to at least dusk. Also the facility needs to be updated, the blacktop is old and crumbling (potholes) and a lot of the roll up doors need replacing

Twice Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been to the Orland facility. First time I waited 15 minutes. Second time, no one ever showed. I had lost my gate code,yes I know my fault. After many phone calls and an hour of waiting someone got me the code

Moving is stressful. The people at Public Storage in Orland were very helpful from start to finish. I wasn't sure what size unit to rent. I explained what I had to store, and they recommended the size they thought would be best. Everything fit perfectly. Additionally, they have all of the boxes and everything you would need right in the office. The $1 for the first month's rent was a nice touch as well.

Ebony and Crystal were excellent to work with! They helped me find a unit and moved me in right away even though I was dealing with a tough and unique situation. I'd highly recommend this location!

It doesn't appear that the person that I have had that last two encounters with possesses customer care. She is very short with me as if she knows me from some where with an attitude. On Saturday, she told me that she cancelled my rental because she called and I didnt answer. I came in on Friday and conducted the business and told the very nice lady that I would pay on Saturday when I finished packing the truck. On Monday, I called and informed the lady that I needed an additional storage. She stated that she was going to lunch and would not return until 2:15, I stated great because I was still packing. However, it took me longer than planned. When I arrived at 5:00pm, she told me it was 5:00pm and that I could not rent another storage unit because it was too late,. She then asked can you put the items in your storage. I told her no. As a result, I left and rented from some where else. She has basically indicated to me that I am not wanted at this location and that I should go find another storage. So, I did.

Great place to do business with. Dawnya was knowledgeable and friendly. She made recommendations to make our move to storage easier and less stressful. Units and grounds are very clean and we feel very comfortable leaving our belongings in Public Storage.

Received good storage facility, friendly staff...and provided good customer service. I made several change requests as I was picking up furniture prior to opening an account, and the manager was very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was not researching the total cost of opening a unit - lock purchase and insurance. But that was on me...not your staff.

I have always had great service at ths public storage. I have some reservations about the management though. after years of having a bad door into my inside unit...it was replaced. After I called corporate. When they replaced the door (1-11/2 yrs ago) to this day have never replaced te door stopper...so, it is hard to take things out & prop the door at the same time. But the people that work there are g-r-e-a=t!!!
