The overall process was easy. There were a few additional costs that were not factored into the original ticket price.

First month for $1.00. Now that's a joke, if I ever heard one. Sure there are some units that this applies to, but for the one I needed I couldn't get the first month for a dollar. Plus I had to get insurance for this unit, and purchase a lock (not leave a deposit for a lock) that I will have no use for after my lease is up. Some public storage locations don't offer the first month for a dollar at all. As for customer service. . well, in 2014, you don't get good customer service at many places, and Public Storage customer service doesn't up the ante' not one bit.
