Reservation was for $23.40, and a free month $29 fee for the 1st month. I was charged $84 for the first month. Rent. $39, $16 for incredibly overpriced insurance, and the B.S. fee of $29, which totals $84. There was no free month. The $84 that was paid gives me until the end of April. I have talked to 2 people, and they tell me somebody higher up will handle it, but nothing is corrected. It should of been corrected in 5 minutes, but it has been 2&1/2 days. Tomorrow morning, I will have to call somebody for the 5th time, and I will probably continue to get the run aroundl

pricing is perfect, very convenient because its close to me, customer service very helpful. she even accompany me to see the place. i highly recommend.

Manager attitude needs work not customer friendly

It was easy to reserve and get into the unit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the app access. No more getting out of the car to punch in a code you can't find! The woman working the desk and helping me was super nice and helpful.

Its a no-frill storage space. I hope they replace the light bulb. I was surprized by the admin cost and monthly insurance cost, and the lock cost. I wish I could have just bought my own lock.

The reservation process was a breeze. They emailed the unit number, gate code, temporary combination lock combination, and a map showing the location of the unit. When I arrived there was a welcome bag on the floor of the unit that included a keyed lock that was included in the reservation fee.

I initially did everything online to get web special. Once I got to facility, rep was very friendly & helpful.

As a result, the prices differ from those stated on the website, where it is written for a 10x5 room the price is $ 26 and the first month is free, in the end it turned out that it is free at a different tariff, but there is no such offer in my tariff, although when booking online it was written that there is, you need to pay $ 12 per month for insurance, although I said that I do not need insurance, I need to buy a lock from them for $ 20, although I said that I have my own, administration fee is $ 25, in the end I paid for the first 2 months 120 $, and while reading the site I thought it would cost 25 ~ 30 $ for the first 2 months))

Friendly fast affordable clean units

Nice units, very clean, good customer service. They do require insurance on the unit. So it increased the price. If it's required, it should be included in the price. Overall, nice place.

Storage unit was small but we managed to fit everything in it due to the high ceilings. Great customer service, my kids loved being able to ride on the golf cart to see the unit. Price is good if you need a small unit.

I just wish there was full disclosure about the mandatory insurance and the $10 administration fee for the move-in truck before I decided to reserve the space.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and nice people. They even escort you to the unit via golf cart. Would very definitely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic facility and staff. Couldn't be happier with my choice.

The day we moved the temperature was above freezing and the snow was melting. There was no salt on the roads to the storage unit (between the units) and the road was covered with ice. I almost fell a few times. This could definitely be taken care of better. Otherwise the service was very good.

The general manager was very helpful and I'm very glad to become part of the self storage family!
