The customer service provided by Jack Walsh this past Sunday was awesome!! He was kind in his approach and thorough in his explanation of the process. I would definitely recommend Jack as someone who represents Public Storage well if you want a quality experience.

The girl at the front desk was polite and listened to my needs. This is the first time renting storage for me. She explained everything and let me see the storage lockers before purchasing! She showed me how everything worked and didn't give me a bunch of hidden charges! Everything was handled patiently and professionally by her! She made it a pleasant experience!
