Excrement from vermin in locker and walls do not go to ceiling making it more problematic to control for rats/ mice/ etc

I opted to free up space at home and found this place for storage. 1. The process of checking availability and booking space was excellent 2. The checkin art the place was easy 3. Storage space was clean 4. The locality is safe 5. The property is well lighted and has security surveillance Working with Richard was excellent. He made the process of moving in very simple and convenient. It was great experience.

Public Storage won my business with great Customer Service! If you've ever renting storage for a vehicle or personal goods, you know that most of the rental facilities are fairly much the same. However, the personal customer service I received from Samantha made all the difference to me when it was time to decide who to go with this Fall and Winter. Comparing how I was treated at the different rental locations; Samantha and Public Storage made my decision very easy! Thanks for your professional approach with your customers!

Samantha was very helpful and thorough, & even gave me a reminder call when I had forgotten to make my last payment before closing out my account, or I would have had to pay the new rate, so she was able to save me some money. Thanks Samantha! After much time, I've had a very good experience there, but happy to say goodbye to Public Storage. The only negative is the fact that I've heard tenants steal the dollies. It's so disappointing because they really come in handy. I hope the stealing stops, & Public Storage will replace them for the people who really need and do use them.

Our volunteer organization was sharing a locker with a member of our organization. She no longer needed the locker & the lease expired at the end of May. We decided to rent the space for another year. Everything was fine and the price is affordable. The only reason we did not give five stars is because although we wanted the exact same locker, the member who's name the locker was previously in had to make sure it was cleaned out (it was all of our organization's things; not hers anymore) and they moved us to another locker ... exact same size. We were a bit disappointed we weren't simply given the same locker and allowed to change the name of the locker holder. Other than that, the facility manager was very nice & competent and we are satisfied with the service we received.

The staff there was very understanding and accomadating. Harriet worked around my schedule and Steve was very knowledgeable about locks.

I was happy to get a second floor space during this rainy season. The unit is dry and does not smell musty. I would like to see trash receptacles onsite. No matter how organized our move is...items break, trash accumulates and we need large trash bins for disposal. Not even a waste basket could be found.

Steve was informative, professional and pleasant to work with.

If I need PS again I will certainly use them again. Very pricey but the staff made up for it.
