Overall happy with this facility...BUT, there have been times in June/July when no one was in the office (during posted office hours) And, No rolling carts available, because one party took all of them and would not share. So we ended up having to hand carry heavy boxes and make several trips. This sort of thing should be not happening!

I was able to have a smooth contactless move in. They allowed me to do all of the paperwork online and had a lock ready for me (optional to keep or use my own). They provide an individual code to get around. I liked the process.

The place was clean and they conveniently had dollies to use to move things. I had to wait 25 minutes in line to get helped when I went to the office to drop off my lock. Service was good other than the long wait.

Great, clean facility. Move in was easy, plenty of carts. It was a busy day, many of people were moving while I was there. The staff managed the renters and directed us well in the busy pull through. All in all a pleasant experience.

Th facility is new and very clean and like the indoor concept compared to other outdoor places I used. The gentleman (I believe his name was Tim) that was there the day we brought our items there for storage was absolutely fantastic - it was very busy but he was a big help and I was glad he was there to help that day.
