Put some gravel in the pot holes

I had a lot of issues getting into my storage unit. They gave me my number, the access code and my receipts immediately which was absolutely amazing. However it was a little confusing figuring out which unit was mine and once I did figure out which unit was mine it already had been taken which was a little upsetting. But customer service is absolutely amazing and he switched me over to a different unit. The exact same size no. Of charge or anything! If there is one 10 out of 10 about this facility it is definitely customer service

Was needing something quick, reasonable price and nearby. The house out front isn't associated with the storage facility but is very friendly. No office on sight.

I was supposed to get the first month free, but I was charged. I've been trying to reach someone by phone to make this right with me, but no one answers the phone. I was advised that a certain size of storage would work based on the size, number of items and boxes I would be storing, but I ended up having to let some of my belongings go because the unit wasn't big enough for everything. The ONLY reason I'm staying with this particular storage company is because of the price and the location, but I will NOT be encouraging any of my friends and family to rent from here.

Space when I needed it! Brazil is far from us thank good for this unit!

I was in need in the middle of the night. I was called first thing the next morning.

Excellent customer service, clean facility, super fast rental. Price is a little steep but comparable to some facilities.

The storage unit isn't big enough so I have to get another one to hold all my things. So the price is a little steep.

The location is close to home and there are nice wid aisles to drive through.

Very clean, nice, easy access and easy pay. Problem,I never got credit for movein special.1/2 off remaining days of the month.(23=$39).Still waiting......

Very unprofessional very rude . Takes forever to get a response. Rates are very high. One of rhe worst places to do business with.

I would recommend this facility to anyone. It's very clean, private, secure and easily accessible. I had no problems getting in and there's plenty of room in between unit buildings to unload. It is very well lit up at night.

Very well maintained grounds and clean units. Very well lit for people that can only store at night. Very nice security system.

Very clean a bit small than I thought but good enough.

I needed my unit last second. They came through very quickly. It is the cheapest I've found in Brazil for the amount of storage you get and the security you get. Nice newer lock pads with a nice secure gate. The customer service was very simple and fast. My ONLY complaint is I was told it was building 1 ***. Ended up being an alphabetical format and then was told bzd which still confused me but I managed to find my unit and move in next day simply and easily. Never even talked to anyone in person and only talked to two people over the phone which was very easy and fast. 5 stars

The first time I tried to use my gate code, didn't work. But I called the customer service number and they have taken care of it. Unit was very clean and big. Not sure if we will have enough room for all of our stuff, we have tooooo much. Lol

Very affordable and clean unit. My only issue was my pass code didn't work at the gate. So had to wait for customer service to open. Customer service did issue a temp. code for the day. And someone went to check it out and called me to say it was working now.

The location of this facility is very nice. There are security cameras which makes me feel like my belongings are safe. It is a very clean, maintained facility and once again I like the location of this place very much!!
