They transferred me to a different Unit because I couldn't get my door to raise up I have a 10x25. Even with my new Unit it is difficult to raise up I even had my 42 year old son with me I'm 66 and good health working full time. Love my UNIT definitely will not have no bugs coming in from the outside when the door is closed. I will definitely make some muscles off of this one!! No complaints wished it would glide up more easily.
