Check in a scheduled date had difficulties. Manager was not in office during operation hours and couldn't reach on phone, text, email by customer service representative. Customer service representative had excellent patience and stayed with me while I completed the online paperwork.
Once at the location, codes didn't work. Again service representative stay on the phone with me attempting several codes until I could get in. Service representative was outstanding and patient.
