I called the call center and the call center employee told me the same thing that it would be refunded at the office upon returning the lock we wereturning the lock we were told no refunds but yet a credit to a future bill nowhere is that disclosed. What this does is put your employees in the line of fire from angry consumers Which not only increases your turnover rate but they don't get paid enough to have to deal with thatWhile making the corporate huge profits
