I printed my passcodes and storage number. Went to lot. Found unit very easy. It was clean and ready. Just the right size

I already shared my opinion on the other poll. I had called about storage on the first ave. evansville in. I thought that I was told that I had until Wed to come in and pay. I went in at app noon on Wed and was told none available which made me not very happy since I live 5 minutes away. this is why I choose this storage company for my grand daughter. They stated first come first serve. They had my phone no so I should have had first come.

I just wrote a long write up to accidentally backpage and delete it! (I was falling asleep writing it) It's already an act for most, if not all, to make time to leave comments, especially GOOD ones. Most people only have time to make the complaints. Especially we customers who are in the process of "moving" - ranked up there as one of the least desired experiences. Ken and the other staff member do a great job. They are kind, knowledgeable, thorough and exude a positive energy and professionalism. I give them 5 starts. Any deductions would be that of corporate, not the employees.

The Manager knows his job very well. Like the facility. My lock slide is a little rusty and gets stuck Other than that, I'm happy I went to public Storage. Got the Big Deal too . . great price.

Very helpful staff...only downfall is my units door is bent a bit causing headache to open and close . I spent twenty minutes trying to close door so I could lock door.

Second time using this location, it's great service

The lighting in my unit does not work and instead of offering to get it fixed I was told some of them just don't work

Kenneth always takes the time to make sure I am well taken care if I need anything. The staff here is always so pleasant and the grounds are well kept.

Kenneth has exceptional customer service. He is truly an asset to this location. He has always been friendly and welcoming. We had a hiccup in billing and he went over and beyond to reconcile the issue. We would definitely recommend this storage unit to rent from.

Employee on site was a tremendous help, thorough with explanation of products offered.

When calling about the final pricing we were not told of the extra charges of lock purchase and need of insurance. Other wise the employee was very helpful. FYI put some lights in the storage units please.

Decent,secured facility, however the insurance is a little pricey in my opinion.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and cleanliness of access to the facility. I have no issues coming or going and my statement arrives every month as it should.
