The desk clerk that helped with the sign up was helpful and very pleasant. The storage unit was clean. The roads had been cleared of the snow. Someone was driving a golf cart type vehicle, looking for and cleaning the area of trash. I feel very safe keeping things in our unit.

The people were super nice however I wasn't told that I would have to buy my lock from them I wasn't told that I would have to purchase my insurance from them or have it before I walk out the door from my company and I can only get in the gate from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Your online paying system is a joke. I've paid my storage fee twice with 2 separate cards and it's still showing that it's not paid. Now i have to call my banks just to confirm the transaction and come in to pay it. I'm highly upset. So you have basically got paid 3xs for my unit this month.

I received excellent service from your caring, considerate, wonderful staff members. Renee, Carmen and Brittany were excellent at scoping out the size of unit I needed. And when I decided I needed a climate controlled unit they accomplished switching my paperwork and reservation with no hassle at all.
