It was very easy and quick. The person was very nice and showed me the unit first. He asked if I liked that one or if I wanted to Look at a different locker, which was nice of him to check. Remember to bring a lock or purchase one there and you will need to purchase insurance there if you do not have your own. It was a very easy process and I was able to move in right then.!!

Overall pretty satisfied with the unit and the customer service I received from Rob. The only thing I would suggest is to let the customer know during the quote about the required insurance and to submit a copy of the renters or home owners insurance declaration page. Listed all the associated fees upfront not after the unit have been reserved.

Facilities were recently renovated. Clean. Easy in and out. Rented a 10x35 unit. Best price I found anywhere. Staff has been friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Nolan has been great to work with. Friendly, efficient, and great follow-up. My storage building was clean and the facilities were well cared for. The price of my 10X35 building is superb! By far the best value I found anywhere in the area. And for renting it for three months I received a 50% discount!!!
