Third time renting a space here for storage at this facility. The online set up and then ease of coming in for just a bit to confirm and rent the unit brings me back everytime. The place seems to be managed well and is convenient for me.

Based on my experience with the Carnel, Indiana location on Rangeline Road, I would recommend Public Storage. The reservation and check-in/move-in processes were very easy and efficient. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. My experience was limited to the indoor storage area. It was very clean and well lit. Large carts were available to assist with the move-in process. It rained during our move-in. Although not completely out of the rain, there is an entrance with an overhang and a double door. We were able to back our truck up to the door and run the ramp into the building. All in all, a very smooth process.

I've rented several units at this location, and have been impressed with how well its maintained. The commitment towards excellent site management by Nick really shows. Even with the heavy rains we've had this spring and summer, all of my belongings stayed dry. Very satisfied with my experience at this location of Public Storage

The whole experience of not having access to pricing until you commit is a bit ludicrous. Walked in and tried to reserve, with a deposit, a unit. Was told sign up today because the prices change daily.

I love this location, we rent one every summer for our business and they are always professional and the facility is always clean. Mike was extremely helpful this time around and i recommend anyone in need of storage rent here.

EXCELLENT customer service and communication by Mike! We reserved a large unit and were charged a late fee because automatic payment was not set up on our credit card. He called the corporate office and helped us get one-time forgiveness on the fee. He was extremely professional and helpful in every way!

I had a wonderful experience with Public Storage in Carmel. Abby was super helpful right from the start and help me figure out what type of storage unit I'd need is and how to properly stored the items I'd be storing. I was able to do the early check in online which helped with the paperwork when I arrived; after a long day of packing and moving the last thing I wanted to do was stand in line. Check in was complete in minutes, I was instructed on how to access the facility and use my lock, and that was it! When my storage term was complete, closing paperwork was again done in minutes and I was on my way. The building was clean, accessible, and secure; the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Highest rating and recommendation earned and deserved.
