We've had gate issues since we signed up but other than that, the facility is a good size and is very clean and well laid out. Employees who we have me have been extremely friendly and helpful.

Very nice support from the company and got me in and out in 10 minutes.

The website was easy to use except for the insurance requirement and the failure to complete the space rental. I have my own insurance. The site should have accepted it and then continued but it kicked out the application several times. I finally went to the office and completed the rental with a very nice lady.

We were able to secure a big space for a nice price. Paperwork and move in went smoothly.

Madge is a great example of customer service. I am at the unit every couple of days. Madge walks down to greet me and even offers a bucket to water my plants. I appreciate her kind gestures and extra effort to make sure I have everything I need.

I love Madge! She is wonderful. I really like that this place has such a fantastic property, I was in a pinch as my Pod during my move did not hold all of my stuff

It's just a good place to keep your personal belongings. We have 3 units there and I never have to worry about what I've got there!

Talk to Madge this morning about moving from Florida to Indianapolis. She put me at ease that my stuff would be taken care of when I arrive.

The only thing I would make aware to potential future customers, would be the additional costs that are not shared prior to signing the papers. We were not aware of having to purchase a lock and insurance. Other than that, the service and friendliness was superb!

This was an excellent place to use for storage. it was easy to get to off of I-69 and 96th street. It was clean and we had a climate controlled space 10x20 and had no trouble accessing the gate or the unit itself. Madge was the perfect customer service representative. She took time to explain everything and was precise and accurate in her presentation. She also called a few times to remind me of the date we needed to be out or make our payment so as not to be charged late fees. She was very helpful and personable in our conversations. The cylinder lock is yours to keep so you can use it again if you rent with them. I didn't know that and was going to throw the lock and keys away until she told me!

I went to one Public Storage and Linda the mgr said that I had such big furniture a standard door might not work. She called, setup the appointment and got me the address and gave good directions to another Unit. So I went there and met Brenda the mgr. She is such a sweetheart. She worked with me through my move, made suggestions and was just as helpful as can be. She even switched me to 24 hr access just for the note so I could finish my move . It was like 2am when I finished no thanks to any friends but some good neighbors helped. We couldn't have done it with out you. Thank You Public Storage.

When I spoke to rep about renting a space, I was told a minimal fee and the initial $1 monthly fee. However, when it was time to set up the rental, charges were about $40 more than stated initially. Please be honest and forthcoming about all fees--including the lock and other administrative fees. I don't have any respect for a company that does not state actual fees upfront.

They were so friendless and helpful. Very knowledgable as well.
