Rental pricing was very good. Location manager was polite and helpful. Storage space was fine.

Worked w/ a wonderful gentleman who was very professional & helpful to this Single 67 yo handicapped woman. I needed to locate a place to park my Class C RV. The space was a bit tight & he went above & beyond to spot me, as I maneuvered to parallel park & he ensured I got in the space without incident. Grateful doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t begin to express my gratitude. The paperwork/app was very helpful & innovative from other places I had used. Easy for me to use w/ safety in mind. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m always appreciative of help & wanted to tip him but I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t carry cash. He said he couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t accept anyway. TY TY TY !!!

Great customer service with Linda! Very clean and safe.

I chose a small unit 5x5 to use while I move. I received 2 reminder calls. Which were ok. I got a chance to ask questions before move in day. I completed my paperwork before my appointment so it did not take long to get contract completed. I was able to view the unit before I signed. I liked that. The locks are unique so you will have to purchase one of theirs unless you have one that fits. I suggest bringing it with you to appointment to check it out. It's a storage unit!

Everyone I spoke with at Public Storage was knowledgeable and very helpful. When I came into the facility the staff was also very friendly - thank you! Place is clean, secure however it's the staff that make the difference.

Linda & staff were amazing through the whole process & always went out of their way to made sure everything was taken care of! Perfect location, The size was decent and the only down side would be that there isn't 24 access.

The staff is super friendly and tried to match a better price I found elsewhere. They weren't able to get even close to the better price I found. The facility and units are clean and well maintained. Price is higher than most storage facilities. The 1st month free doesn't really help much when the additional fees are applied. First there is a $24 "admin fee". Then you are forced to pay $11 per month for insurance. Last but not least they make you pay for their $15 locks! Also gate access is only until 9pm daily. No electrical outlets anywhere.

Linda and Adrien were extremely pleasant, and very helpful. They went far beyond what I have experienced at other storage facilities. I do not hesitate to recommend this facility and the staff.

I needed a place to store excess material from my home based business. After checking other places, I decided to look into Public Storage. i made a visit to the unit on north allisonville rd. I was immediately favorably impressed by the professional and yet friendly demeanor of the manager. She showed me several different units but only after asking me a few pointed questions about my needs. Needless to say, I signed and have been so very satisfied. Five out of 5 stars!!!!!

Overall everything was great I only needed the storage units to get through a move over a months time. The one limiting factor that would give me concern about renting again is the access after 9 pm issue. Since we were moving and trying to get thing moved into the storage unit it would have been nice if we could have moved stuff in and out after 9pm. That is the only critique I had.
