Overall, our experience was great. They have been experiencing communication issues with the keypad and bluetooth entry option to the gated areas and we were unable to access through our closest entry. However, the main gate entrance was open and we were able to get to our storage area easily. They explained that a technician has been called to make the repairs. This is a very nice, and clean storage facility.
