Gate access could use some updating. It took several attempts before it would open.

These people are amazing. They were very helpful and very kind. Even got us in on a Sunday. They are accurate with all their information and very attentive to all the details. They also make sure the customer is satisfied with all aspects of service & make sure the customer has all the information necessary.

Convenient process to purchase and pay online and was able to move in on a Sunday evening.

So glad we could get a spot here again for our RV....easy in and easy out...like the location.

Public Storage bought this facility. Raised rates. My rate went up $40 all at once! Frustrating!! The place is fairly clean and usually maintained.

I recently rented a storage unit near Ft. Wayne Indiana. The entire experience was easy and straight forward, the individual who helped me was very friendly. The unit was clean and perfect for what I need. I would definitely recommend this facility to someone in need of a storage unit, whether it be long term or short.
