Public Storage - Fort Wayne - 1801 W Coliseum Blvd

I was able to secure a 10 x 10 unit over the phone in less than 15 minutes. And they were running a promotion for two months free so I only paid $60 for the first two months including renter's insurance. I would highly recommend.

Water gets inside and now my things are wet and there are Huge pot holes everywhere. So many you can not avoid them. And closing at 9pm is a real inconvenience

Everything needs updated! Pricing is fair but I guess you get what you paid for. They leak and do need updated.

The facility is very easy to get to and to move around in. My one suggestion is to install mirrors at the intersections of your buildings. You can not see if someone else is coming.

The office lady who helped me do the paper work was also training, yet it did not slow down the process. She explaind everything to me and to the lady she was training in a way that made it very easy to understand.

The manager was awesome. So nice. I went there when it was raining. Over the door to my.storage was dripping water so bad it looked like I went swimming in my clothes. Plus, when I got out to put in my code to leave, it was like walking through a lake. My shoes and my legs got soaked. Don't you guys have drains on that property? That was a disappointment.

Lori was very helpful and courteous. During this time and the challenges we are all facing she was very conscious of both our space and she was knowledgeable in helping my wife and I to make an informed decision picking a unit. She is an asset to your company and I appreciate her help.

This was the easiest I've ever rented a storage unit I ever had the people were friendly nice and very informative I would recommend this facility to anybody.

Good service but there were a lot of hidden costs on the 1 dollar first month promotion. You should let people know they need a lock and insurance on their locker.

The property manager was absolutely helpful during a very stressful time.

Wendy was wonderful and very warm and helpful. The only weakness I found is that your machine called it "Public Surgical" which confused me a bit. I had to check the rest of the message to ensure that it was in fact from Public Storage.

I like this storage company. The only complaint would be not bring able to access the unit 24 hours

It had already been a long day and I was running late to my appointment, it was nice to have such a helpful young lady. I think her name was Jalisa and she really helped me find the right size unit and was very accommodating.

I have used many storage companies in the past due to distant relatives who are hoarders. It's always easy to access my unit and pay my bill at public storage. Laura is always very helpful and relaxing. 5 stars

After making my reservation online I received phone calls from the manager and staff to schedule my initial visit and see my unit. When I arrived everything was ready to go and I was given a tour of the property. Wendy and Shea were both very knowledgeable and were happy to answer all my questions. Clean facility, good security and relatively easy access. My only suggestion would be having access keypads located where you don't have to exit your vehicle for entry/exit.

The staff and property manager at this location we're extremely helpful and very nice. I had a great experience with them. But I think the property itself could use some updating. The office could be updated and the security of the location also. The fence around the facility is pretty beat up and in the back corner anyone could step over and walk onto the property. Also the entry gate needs to be updated to be on the same standard as other places. But overall great staff, great prices, but needs some TLC. Thanks

I brought two 16 foot trucks from Texas to Indiana. These truckloads represent most of my home contents. I felt comfortable that my unit was clean and dry and would safely hold my stuff until the new house was ready to occupy. I was disappointed that this facility didn't have a truck to loan for the move out-- but I'm grateful that my stuff stayed safe until I was ready to take it home!
