The manager of the facility was very knowledgeable of the procedures of the business. Had a facility ready for me when I showed to register. Talked me through the procedure, helped me "get settled" and I was off and running. Look forward to continued good experiences.

I really do like public storage I use them Every Time we move and I need to have extra storage for my boxes ... Last time I used ps I had the same size 5×5 that I got this time, well this 5×5 is so much smaller than last time and I'm not at all happy with the size!!!! But it is what it is I guess I will just be looking at other options next time I need a storage until!!!!

I'm ok with the service. What I needed was not available so I had to settle for something else. I'm thinking it's because of how busy you could be. I'm sure things will get better. It was mentioned they were looking for help and understaffed.
