Best storage units I've rented

I don't know if it comes down to the SROA facility or this website I did the reservation on, but when I got there there was no longer a climate controlled unit available and they would've had to send me to much further location from my house. I decided I didn't really need the CC unit badly enough to go that far and somehow the NON-CC unit was 3 dollars more per month? Other than that sticking point, everything else went great. I was able to maneuver the uhaul with a tow dolly (no vehicle on it) fairly well to my unit and load. It was clean and came with a free lock. The admin working the desk was very helpful and got me into my unit in a very timely manner with no other concerns.

The two ladies I dealt with were super nice and so helpful. Stayed after when they should have been home because I was having issues with my payment card. They really worked with me and actually cared. And gave me some helpful knowledge that I needed to honestly know

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They dusted like 45 to an hour passed the time to leave and head positive attitudes. But I am uneasy about the gate being broken cuz I normally go when itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s dark. But it did just happen so letﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s see how long it takes to get fixed. Oh and I hate the fact you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t access it 24/7.
