Rental process was very easy. Facility is very clean and secure. They provide carts to help transfer your belongings to your unit. Too bad we couldn't get them to pack the boxes and move them.

They offered to make a reservation over the phone on a Friday for us to move in on a sunday. The storage office is closed on sundays. They have a kiosk you finish paperwork and purchase your lock(s). You receive your number for entrance and the storage locker you will have. Unfortunately the kiosk did not issue our lock and also only printed out 3 of the 5 contract papers. We decided to proceed in moving in our belongings even though we were without a lock because we had a uhaul that needed to be returned that evening. When we got the the assigned storage locker, we tried everything to open it. We went back to the kiosk for help and received a number to call because it was too late to talk to a real person. We left and message and went back to the storage locker to try a few more ways to open it. We called the from office number and left a message as well. We waited, frustrated we couldn't get the storage locker open, we didn't have all our paperwork, and no lock. We also had a uhaul we had to drive around back and forth (paying per mile and gas) and it was full of things we needed to put in storage so we could return the uhaul. After about 20 minutes of waiting we got a phone call from the manager! He walked us through what we could do to open the storage and ended up realizing this storage we were assigned was already taken. So he drove out to the storage. He ended up getting us a new unit and upgrading it for the same price as the smaller one. He came and cleaned the unit and gave us the lock we purchased as well as a second lock because this unit he upgraded us to took two locks. He told me he would honor the price of the unit we were supposed to get for 6 months. He thanked us for our patience and understanding. Yes it was frustrating to be moving and have this issue, but it was great that it was all resolved within a reasonable amount of time.
