The staff is very helpful.... The area where the parking area is very tight.... We had to work to get the trailer into our assigned spot..

One challenge I had was locating the storage unit because the address wasn't clear and the office team wasn't able to assist in locating it. I was 3 hours behind schedule because of it

We had difficulty opening unit. Within 15 minutes someone was there to help. When lost and looking for the facility a rep directed us and stayed on the phone until we got there. Great customer service!
