They lost my registration Not able to log in The price I was quoted did not match my bill. Called to correct and they were unable to help. Still waiting 4 days

Okay nothing too write home about

The registration process was okay had a few issues at the site with checking in, the virtual computer at the site wasn't working had to go to another site to register. But the staff and the contract process was made easy to correct some of the early issues.

The customer service was wonderful. They were so patient with me during the process.

I chose the location closest to my home, but the customer service rep who insisted on calling me and selling me on a bunch of unnecessary add-ons and automatic bill-pay enrollments never once confirmed the location I wanted my storage unit to be in. I, assuming that this customer service rep would be competent in at least confirming where I want the storage unit where there are many locations in a very close radius of each other and do not have clearly discerning names, blindly trusted them. I was very busy moving things that day and that was my mistake and assuming that I could trust someone to give me the location that I had chosen on the website. Not only did they not even confirm the location I wanted my storage unit in, once I arrived at the location that I chose for my storage unit, I got trapped in the facility for over an hour, and they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even have customer service 24/7- which is what they literally advertise. I would give negative stars if I could.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never used a storage facility before but, the process was pretty simple. Both representatives I talk to over the phone were very pleasant and helped me with all of my concerns. Nicole who I spoke with over the phone was also extremely helpful during our conversation. Keep up the great work!

Well I checked in on 7/31/2023. I paid online and on 8/1/2023 they attempted to charge my card again. Now they are sending me emails attempting to charge me late fees. And when I call no one picks up or return calls even after leaving a message.
