I did all my registration & payment online. I did receive some calls from the facility & each representative that called me was super nice & polite. They were just confirming that I was moving in on the scheduled day. It was quick & easy accessing my unit as well. I have recommended this facility to a few people in the area already - the price point for the storage unit I have is great & helps me so much! Thank you!

Flo Hampton: Attentiveness , Accomodating, upbeat,happy,and heartfelt. She has a listening ear and such a good spirit young woman. She walked with me to my unit, and shared her umbrella with me. She made sure that my key and lock worked. Finally, she made the contract easy to read. She explained it in laymen terms. A job well done. Thank you Flo for a job well done.

Hello!!! The service at the Schereville storage center was excellent. Maryann was wonderful. It was very cold this particular day and their was at least 2 ft of snow build-up at my storage unit. Maryann shoveled the entrance. Thank you Maryann. You are extraordinary🎈🎈🎈🎈🎉🎉🎉

Very friendly and personable staff. Just wish they would've allowed me the opportunity to wait till Monday to prove my insurance coverage. In order to update the coverage I needed a for sure unit number. In order to get my unit number I needed insurance. Makes it tricky. Otherwise I look forward to utilizing cube smart!
