move in was easy and staff was helpful

It would be nice if the code pad for the gate was reachable from your car because of bad weather instead of having to get out of your car or truck because the gate closes to fast and the same when you exit the facility or if the gate would automatically open when exiting . thank you

What I was told was mostly accurate as far as the amounts I would be paying. I was not told initially that I was required to have insurance on the unit. I was told I would get a unit for 1 dollar for the first month, but when I got there that dollar ended up being something like 90 dollars. The facility is great though.

Price of storage went up to $150.00 which is too high for the amount of space I am renting. But the staff is always very helpful and friendly. Clean property and easy to get to.

Just wanted to say how relieved I am that I contacted store manager Delilah, who helped me retrieve my peace of mind. She was delightful in helping me today and I just wanted her to get some recognition. Go Delilah!

Delilah was a great help and very knowledgeable.

The only complaint that I would have with this facility is the fact that it was hard for me to put my things into the front door because the doorway was not flushed with the walkway. Having the dolly made it easier considering that I was moving things myself but it was hard for me to maneuver over the doorway.

Delilah was very nice. She really helped me with my storage process. The only problem I had was that I wasn't informed about some of the fees when I had first called. Other than that, every thing went really well. I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anybody. Great customer service from the time I got there until the time I left.

Delilah will definitely treat you like part of the family. She is amazing and helpful, and will take time to show you around and answer all your questions super patiently. Could not ask for a better experience!
