Downtown Indy Self Storage

The storage unit is everything I needed it's well kept up and management or there when they're supposed to be.

Just moved into my unit yesterday. Conveniently located just off Indiana Avenue close to the river on the west side. Space has everything you need, and youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re able to punch in a code to get in and out when someone is not in the office. Owners work hard to make things right!

The staff very helpful and quick. Very little paperwork. And the area is very clean. The only complaint I have is, the only sensible, option is pulling into the garage. And it's a great option,unless someone parks right at the top of the ramp, so that no one else can get up there or makes it difficult. My power steering is out, in my van and it turned loading my storage unit, into a real workout. It was ridiculous. That's not on the storage company's f faults, necessarily, but it says something about the, inconsiderate, people that rent there. Just think about others, especially when others are around or could, potentially, come around. It could happen in public places. On a busy day, the ability to pull in, could do more harm, than good. I look forward to seeing the chaos ensue. Smh

The overall quality of this business is what keeps people coming back! In getting a unit assigned it was straight to the point, simple, and well presented. I was provided details on what amenities were offered and how easily accessible things were which turned out to be pretty helpful!

Great location with convenient access hours. The customer service agent was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding unit selection, move-in procedures, etc.

While the location is pretty sketchy, the building is secure. Some of these units are being built currently, so its not as clean, but they are working on it. I think the management company should be doing a little more cleaning in the unloading areas, otherwise the price is right for what is needed to be stored.
