Friendly staff. Quick and easy to move into. With facility provided insurance, the unit is about $48 per month for a 5x10. A simple unit with a good lock. Lots of spider webs in the unit along the edges and dusty floor, but nothing serious.

Great service. However, having difficulty updating my name to my married name. Went into office and they cannot do it. Will try the website again.

Space was decent and okay. Customer service was nice enough and everything was done online.

I've always had a great experience with public storage the people are helpful friendly and they make sure you're well taken care of.

When I made the reservation online I received a phone call to confirm it and the lady told me to be sure to bring a padlock for the storage unit.So, since I did not have a padlock, I went and bought one to take with me. When I arrived at the facility,and Felicity showed me the storage unit, she said that the units are designed with their own locks and that a padlock is not usable. She said she didn't know why I was told that on the phone. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience and a nice clean storage space, and at the best price in the area.

Wish we'd been told before about the insurance and lock charges. The manager clarified this the first time we met with him.

Absentmindedly, I left the door to my unit open. I got a call from the manager and, not only did she shut it, she adjusted a piece of furniture so that would close more easily! Great people!

The facility is clean and secure but the best thing about this location is the staff. Mike was friendly and answered all my questions. He is always willing to help and offer suggestions to make sure my belongings are stored safely. I highly recommend storing here!

I came in to rent a unit. The manager was great and answered all my questions. Very helpful, I am new to the area and he recommended some restaurants I should try.

The process of leasing was very quick and easy. Mike was great! He thoroughly explained the process, rates, and paperwork. Rates are reasonable and service was great!

The young lady at the West 86th Street location needs to continue to work on her customer service skills. She was very short with me on Saturday and once I was able to obtain a storage unit, she forgot to unsecure it, thus I went to my unit thinking it was unlocked and had to go back to the office to get her to come and unlock it as she indicated she would when I signed for it. It was a simple mistake but I didn't feel good when I thought of the difficulty I had with her earlier reference an online reservation we had made, and it was cold.
