Cassie is fantastic! She went above and beyond to explain how everything worked and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had two of my children with me and she was very patient when I had to stop to care for one of them. She kindly answered questions the kids asked too. I would highly recommend this storage facility and Cassie. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

I was completely satisfied with Cassie's assistance in helping me to secure a storage unit and to fill out my paperwork . She was very friendly and helpful! Thanks Cassie! I would like to note, however (and not Cassie's fault), but when calling the national number to secure a unit, we should be told of all the extras, like having to purchase a lock and the requirement of insurance coverage. It's never fun to arrive and realize there are so many extras you weren't prepared for!
