The custumer service the store its very profesional explain very good my experience its satisfactory but when i go check my storage its dark not ligth road the storage inside the ligth not working very dark its 6am morning other storatge have ligth my line not thanks in check that other way very good storage

Just what I needed. Onsite manager was really nice and helpful. Definitely my first choice in storage if I needed it in the future or to recommend to others.

A very nice lady (Shelby) assisted me. She was extremely respectful and helped me with exactly what I needed. I was in and out with in a short amount of time.

Renting the unit was easy, property manager was very polite and courtious. Move in went smooth, would recommend to everyone.

I was charged a different price than what I was quoted. I also did not know the details of what I needed.

I was very upset that they cut the $20.00 lock off my unit and when I went to update my account had to purchase another one of your locks. Another $20.00 down the drain.

I hate the city, to much harm an long with dishonesty, if it were'it for your staff at this location I wouldn't have gone forward with putting my whole life into One very large garage! Thank you to staff located of East street "southern plaza" Scott &jody Robinette
