Why do I get a “not in range” when I’m sitting at the gate? It would be nice if the light socket had a bulb in it. The latch is difficult to open.

I called last minute looking for a unit. It was quick and easy to get it rented and was allowed to start taking my belongings there that day if I wanted.

Everything went pretty smooth. I never did get a text with my passcode but customer service and then the person who helped me at the kiosk were great!

Was able to do paper work and get into storage space with little effort. The storage app is not working out like it should. Could not get the code back in the 10 min time frame that it gives you. Finally got the code set up after about 8 times trying. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m supposed to be able to open gate from the app, that part still does not work. I still can use code!

Easy to acquire, good space for what o needed. The employee that helped me was professional and knowledgeable

I was very impressed with the great customer service that I received . Gina is very nice and explained everything to me and told me if I have any questions I could ask her or call her. I am very happy with the service I received.

This location was very busy but Brant was handling each customer with patience. He was friendly even with the challenges presented by a malfunction with the computer. Karen showed me the unit I was interested in and answered all of my questions. I've never rented a storage unit before. Karen and Brant made the process very easy.

I was impressed with the ease of reserving a unit at Public Storage. Per a phone call, Ruth guided me in deciding the size of the unit I would need and completing the reservation. Karen called immediately to schedule my visit to the facility. Karen and Ruth are courteous and knowledgeable. I have used storage places in the past and was a little concerned about an older facility. I came during a rush time on a Saturday morning and was treated with respect and shown available spaces. When a defect of a door at one place occurred, I was apologized to and immediately taken to another unit. Both persons that were there on Saturday were helpful and congenial.

Not impressed with the rubber seal that is half off. When told to office mgr. She said nothing can ve done about that. I have rented storage facilties and have worked in the storage business. This is something that should be taken care of with daily maibtenance. Besides that. All is great

My move was not a great one to begin with. Transporting furniture across country (will never do that again!). The moving company was in a 18wheeler. I called the PublicStorage office to ask if driver would be able to maneuver around the aisles in the storage facility. The lady assured me semi drivers do it all the time. When the truck finally arrived (2wks after they were supposed to be here-truck broke down etc etc) they were NOT able to drive around to my unit. We had to pay the drivers additional money to carry our belongings in the rain to my unit. Very disenchanting to say the least!
