When I initially called, I wasn't told about storage insurance or buying a lock from Public Storage for my unit. I wasn't pleased but the customer service I received upon going in for myself was excellent. I would have liked to know if the excess expenses that I would incur but I am still glad that I chose Public Storage.

I reserved on line and immediately got a call to confirm in less than 1 minute. Upon move in date, the customer service reps were very friendly and helpful.
